Shipping policy

Delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days and deliveries will take place between 8am and 5pm.

Once shipped you will receive notification which will include a tracking number should you wish to track your parcel with our couriers.

Please allow 24 hours before you track your parcel online.

If there are two (2) failed delivery attempts according to the Culet And Song IV Shipping Policy and we cannot reach you for the parcel(s) you ordered and paid for on Culet And Song IV, we will cancel the delivery, send the parcel back to our warehouse, and refund your payment minus the amount you paid for delivery fees. 

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
